Words cannot express my distaste for this contest. It has plummeted to gigantic poportions of GHASTLY flashy numbers and no emphasis on the actual song. I remember three, four years ago when it was about the song and not about how undressed a singer could get away with.

AND IRELAND NOT GETTING IN?!

Et Cetera was a really good song, better than half of the ones I've seen tonight on television. And I suppose I'm a little biased, but honestly, apart from Norway, Astonia and the UK ... the rest weren't exactly very up-there or classy.

I'm not saying that they were all bad. Actually I enjoyed a lot of acts and I thought the singers and songs were wonderful, but the majority were not very good at all.

It's become a farce. A big, flashy, weird, disco, pretty boy dancing farce.

Nessie
